This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through naderbahsounstudios.com are processed, printed, fulfilled, and shipped.
The online shop is operated by VICTORIA FIORAVANTE, a UK-based seller acting as seller of record. Artworks are created by Nader Bahsoun and sold under authorization/license.
Printing, packaging, and shipping may be handled in the background by a specialist third-party fine art print-on-demand and fulfillment partner. Customers purchase directly through this website, and order support remains handled by the seller of record.
1. Order Processing and Print Production
Most print orders are produced on demand after the customer places an order. This means your artwork may be printed, checked, packaged, and shipped only after payment has been confirmed.
Production and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, paper type, print size, framing or mounting options, destination, and fulfillment workload.
As a general estimate, print-on-demand orders may be fulfilled within approximately 2–5 working days, after which delivery time depends on the shipping destination and courier/postal service.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will try to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to worldwide.
Some destinations may not be available due to shipping restrictions, courier limitations, customs issues, or temporary service disruptions.
3. Shipping Costs

8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

photos of the damaged item
photos of the packaging
photos of the shipping label, if available
a description of the issue
Please do not throw away the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed. We may need this information to review the issue with the fulfillment partner and/or courier.
