This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the online shop on naderbahsounstudios.com.

The shop is operated by VICTORIA FIORAVANTE, a UK-based seller acting as seller of record. Artworks are created by Nader Bahsoun and sold under authorization/license.

Many products are printed on demand through a third-party fine art printing and fulfillment partner. This means the product may be produced specifically after the customer places an order.

1. General Policy

We want customers to receive their orders in good condition and as described.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us at:

within 14 days of delivery.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with:

  • your order number

  • your full name

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging

  • clear photos of the shipping label, if available

After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following:

  • replacement

  • refund

  • partial refund

  • store credit

  • another solution agreed with the customer

Please keep the original item and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

3. Fulfillment Partner Issues

If an issue is caused during printing, packaging, or shipping, we may need to communicate with our fulfillment partner before confirming a refund, replacement, or other solution.
This may require photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please keep the item and all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

4. Returns

Because many prints and artist products are produced on demand, returns for change of mind may be limited.

Items must usually be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Made-to-Order or Custom Items

Some products may be made to order, personalized, custom-produced, or printed specifically for the customer.

Made-to-order or custom items may not be eligible for return or cancellation unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The product page will indicate where possible if an item is made to order or custom-produced.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for the refund to be processed by Stripe, your card provider, bank, or payment service.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available where:

  • the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • the package was not collected from customs, the courier, or the postal service

  • the customer refuses delivery

  • the customer no longer wants the item after it has been printed, packed, or shipped, unless return rights apply

  • the item was damaged after delivery

  • the customer cannot provide necessary information or photographs for a damage claim

  • the item is made-to-order or custom-produced, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, printed, packed, or shipped.

Because many items are produced on demand, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by VICTORIA FIORAVANTE, the seller of record, through the relevant payment processor.
