1. Website and Shop Operator
This website, naderbahsounstudios.com, is the artist/studio website of Nader Bahsoun.
Purchases made through the online shop are sold and processed by VICTORIA FIORAVANTE, a UK-based seller acting as the seller of record for all purchases made through the shop.
The artworks, photographs, images, and related materials are created by Nader Bahsoun and are sold by VICTORIA FIORAVANTE under authorization/license from the artist.

2. Products
Products available through the shop may include photography prints, posters, editions, publications, books, merchandise, or other artist-related items.
We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible, including size, format, paper type, edition information, and pricing. Slight variations in color, tone, texture, or finish may occur between digital screen previews and the final printed product.
3. Orders and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment processor made available at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The seller of record, VICTORIA FIORAVANTE, is responsible for processing orders, payment-related matters, customer support, refunds, and chargebacks.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact naderbahsounstudios.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
